VIBES// Midweek vibes. Sitting by the bayou this evening. I find it is relaxing out here. Sometimes, I find it hard for me to write, so I often come here. ❤ I like the bayou side. As I watch the boats pass, my creative juices flow.

5 ways you can RELAX and Unwind
1. Lay Your Head on a Cushion or Pillow
Some days, all we need is a nice nap! So take it. My grandmother calls those booster naps. A 10 to 25 minute nap to give you some much need energy.
2. Write.
Writing your emotions down and they won't seem intimidating. I ❤ to write & I often have writer's block because of my environment...So, I have to get out..!

3. Listen to Your Favorite Song
Listening to your favorite song can change your mood drastically! The other day, I was listening to one of my favorite artist (Bruno Mars) and he always has me in the perfect mood.

4. Stretch
How you can relieve stress, stand up for a quick stretch. It will relieve muscle tension and help you relax.

5. Meditate
No need to go on a retreat! Just take five minutes of peace is you all it takes to reap the benefits of #meditation. There’s evidence that just two quick bouts of silent meditation per day can relieve stress and depression . Find a comfortable spot in a quiet place, concentrate on your breath, and feel those anxieties start to disappear.
