4 BENEFITS TO BECOMING A PESCATARIAN
Ok, at first guys I was on the vegan kick after watching "What the Health." But, after taking a trip to Shreveport to visit my homegirl and I ate wings, chicken and who knows what. I was going strong for a week and a half. I love vegetables, I do. But I'm a realist. I would have to graudually become a vegan. I don't need meat, I enjoy eating meat. I have given up chicken and I don't even look porks way now. I only eat seafood, fish, and yes I still eat cheese. It's a process. I am in the in-between stages right now. I am a Pescatarian; which means I can eat fish, seafood, dairy (dairy if I choose too).
Aside from my personal choices, here are 5 benefits for becoming a Pescatarian.
1. Drastically improve your health.
